- Yes the pack includes all these items. 

Can I carry the pack in my hand luggage through airport security?

- Yes, the airport security by law does not prohibit any of these items. We have tried and tested this.

What kind of workouts can I do with this pack?

- You can do any full body workouts. Build muscle and burn fat with our fitness travel pack.

Can I use this in my home or a hotel room?

- Yes, all our items can be used indoors or outdoors.
